I understand that services offered through SALV—including assisted stretching, detox bodywork, lymphatic drainage, muscle testing, Bowen-inspired techniques, and biomagnetic touch—are intended to support relaxation, circulation, nervous system regulation, structural alignment, energetic reset, and lymphatic flow. These sessions are designed to assist my body’s natural capacity to self-heal and self-regulate.

▸ Scope of Practice
I acknowledge that the SALV practitioner does not diagnose medical or psychological conditions, perform spinal manipulation, or prescribe medications or medical treatments. These services are not a replacement for conventional medical care.

▸ Educational Nature of Services
All information provided—verbally, in writing, or through hands-on assessment—is for educational and wellness support purposes only. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any condition.

▸ Responsibility & Disclosure
I affirm that I have disclosed all known health conditions to the best of my knowledge on the intake form. I understand it is my responsibility to keep the practitioner informed of any changes to my health, medications, or physical condition prior to future sessions.

▸ Collaboration in Care
I understand that my healing process is a collaborative journey, and I agree to actively participate in my own wellness, whether that means hydration, movement, rest, or follow-up care.

▸ Voluntary Participation
I recognize that all SALV services are offered with consent-based boundaries and I may request to pause or adjust the session at any time. My comfort and safety are honored throughout.
